Coming back to #minecraft 1.5.2 #modded
I can not for the life of me give up on modded 1.5.2 of minecraft and here is why I love it so much I found this random Floating castle and I converted it into my base/home the next few pictures will show how I took an existing structure and modified it.

New #Minecraft #Build using Forge 1.8 w/ 1.8 mods
Here is a look at the 1.8 modlist I have gathered together it has little known mods but they are functional in what I want from minecraft subtracting the fact none of them uses chunk loading as part of their mods. here is a screen capture of the mods I am running. Mind you in the past I have always ran a server on LAN because of it easies main computer a lot.
Since I run a LAN server I use the mod Forge Essentials which has World Edit and other functionalities like OP fly in survival and God mod as well, also has setting home and spawn areas and the /back function on death. That being said, I feel that since its a Server and I'm admin/op I have the right to have Max EXP levels at all times and occasionally grab blocks from the JEI. btw the Thaumcraft Items i have on and in my hot bar are spawned in on my whim but as for the building mats and clearing out is all by hand and many hours. The spawn point of this world has the Eldrich Totem and since I use it as my exp grinder I made a temple around out and here how it looks btw the spawn area is becoming a city for thaumcraft related things the second building in the screen captures is housing a lot of the thaumcraft crafting/general functions. So after this explanation I present you the screens:
